Services

We perform home inspections according to the New York State Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We also offer ancillary inspections. These are additional types of inspections that you may be interested in. Feel free to ask us about additional inspection services.

Qualifications

In addition to being licensed by New York State, our inspectors have received hundreds of additional hours of training and have earned the Certified Professional Inspector CPI® designation through InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.

Sample Reports

At the end of the inspection, we will produce a written inspection report for you. The report will be easy-to-read and clear to understand. We will include pictures of the systems and components of the home and building that we inspect. We will also provide a summary of the defects that we observed during the inspection.
